学术贡献:

      系统深入地研究了量子点在分子、细胞、活体层面的毒理学和安全性。该工作在细胞和活体层面分别揭示了纳米材料表面结构和尺寸对其在生物学应用中的重要影响,同时在基因水平解释了差异的来源;发展了基于硅纳米结构的肿瘤治疗试剂,用于肿瘤细胞的光热和化学治疗。在过去几年,在材料、化学和生物医学等各类国际期刊上共发表了20余篇学术论文,其中第一作者/通讯作者8篇(含二篇共同贡献作者文章和一篇通讯作者文章),发表于J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, Nano Lett, Adv Mater, Biomaterials, ACS Nano, Anal Chem等著名刊物上。申请人的多项研究成果被各个媒体所报道,引起了广泛关注,并在短时间内被大量引用。截至20132月底,申请人自2009年起所发表的文章总引用次数已超过400次。申请人2009年发表的一篇文章(Biomaterials, 2009, 30, 19-25)是该杂志当年发表文章中引用次数排名前十论文,引用次数已超过100次。
