2011年获南京大学物理学博士学位;

2013年至2014年在日本国立材料科学研究所从事博士后研究工作;

2011年加入功能纳米与软物质研究院(FUNSOM)和纳米科学技术学院(CNST)

  

学术经历:

20069月至20116月于南京大学物理系硕博连读,主要从事下一代MOSFET用高介电常数栅介质材料研究和基于氧化物材料的阻性存储研究,荣获AMD奖学金、南京大学研究生优秀奖学金和南京大学优秀研究生以及南京大学优秀毕业研究生称号。20117月加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,主要从事有机晶体管存储器和有机半导体新型功能器件的研究工作,作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然科学基金各一项。已发表相关SCI 论文55篇,被引用860 余次,H 因子为18,并担任Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron DevicesACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Materials Chemistry C 等国际学术期刊的审稿人。
