学术经历:

     20069月至20116月于南京大学物理系硕博连读,主要从事下一代MOSFET用高介电常数栅介质材料研究和基于氧化物材料的阻性存储研究。201309月至201408月在日本国立材料科学研究所从事氧化物薄膜场效应晶体管的研究;20117月加入王穗东教授课题组,主要从事有机场效应晶体管存储器和阻性存储器的研究工作,并担任Applied Physics Letters学术期刊的审稿人。
