李绍娟

博士,副教授


2007年至2013年就读于北京大学信息科学技术学院,并获博士学位。2013年加入苏州大学。自2007年起,先后在北京大学信息科学技术学院、香港科技大学计算机科学及工程系、剑桥大学、苏州大学从事长达10的半导体光电器件方面的研究,在半导体器件设计、测试表征、机制分析方面积累了丰富的经验。已发表SCI/EI论文40余篇,近5以通讯作者和第一作者身份,在NatureACS NanoAdvanced Functional Materials, Advanced Science, Small, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, ACS Photonics等刊物上发表论文多篇,其中3篇被标为高被引论文,单篇他引最高140次,篇被选为杂志封面论文。在二维材料光电子器件方面申请专利多项,目前有9项专利获得授权1项专利实现转化。撰写中英文专著章节2章,参与撰写教材1章。担任中国国际石墨烯资源产业联盟国际标准工作委员会委员。并担任Advanced Functional MaterialsACS NanoNanoscaleJournal of Selected Topics in Quantum ElectronicsAdvanced Electronic MaterialsApplied Physics Letters等期刊审稿人。
