李绍娟

博士,讲师


        2007年至2013年就读于北京大学信息科学技术学院,并获博士学位。随后,加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,受聘为讲师。自2007年起,先后在北京大学信息科学技术学院、香港科技大学计算机科学及工程系、中国科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所、苏州大学从事长达10的半导体光电器件方面的研究,在半导体器件设计、测试表征、机制分析方面积累了丰富的经验。近年来,李绍娟博士主要致力于以石墨烯为代表的二维材料的光电器件的研究,在ACS NanoAdvanced Functional MaterialsSmallNanoscaleAdvanced ScienceACS PhotonicsACS Applied Materials & InterfacesAdvanced Optical MaterialsAdvanced Electronic MaterialsJournal of Physics D: Applied PhysicsPhotonics ResearchNew Carbon Materials等刊物上先后发表多篇学术论文,其中包括7篇杂志封面论文。参与撰写1英文专著章节《Graphene Photonics, Optoelectronics, and Plasmonics》,20179月份由Pan Stanford出版社出版。参与撰写由化学工业出版社出版的《石墨烯:从基础到应用》一书。在二维材料光电子器件方面申请发明/实用新型专利14项,目前有6项专利获得授权(专利号:ZL 2015 2 0254260.1ZL 2015 2 0355318.1ZL 2014 2 0228387.1ZL 2015 1 0135955.3ZL 2013 1 0518367.8ZL 2015 1 0199426.9),1项专利实现转化。
