研究方向:

基于半导体纳米线阵列结构的光伏器件、光电薄膜表面和界面物理研究。主要包括:

1) 基于无机半导体纳米结构-有机共轭聚合物的有机-无机杂化光伏电池和薄膜场效应管的性能研究以及表面与界面分析;
