       1993年获清华大学理学学士学位;1996年获清华大学理学硕士学位;2002年获香港城市大学博士学位;2002.11-2003.10为香港城市大学深圳研究院科学主任;2003.10-2005.07加拿大西安大略大学化学系博士后;2005.7-2007.5为美国国家宇航局艾姆斯研究中心(NASA Ames Research Center)纳米技术中心博士后;2007.5-2009.6为美国国家宇航局艾姆斯研究中心先进研究实验室研究科学家。20096月被聘为苏州大学特聘教授,博士生导师。20105月被美国圣塔克拉拉大学Santa Clara University)聘为研究顾问


研究领域:

纳米材料和纳米功能器件及其在电子信息、新能源和化学及生物传感器方面的应用;同步辐射技术及其在纳米材料研究中的应用。


主要成果和技术贡献:

现已在SCI收录国际期刊如J. Am. Soc. Chem.Chem. Mater.J. Mater. Chem.Chem. Commun.Appl. Phys. Lett.等上发表论文90余篇, 已被SCI他引1660“SCI” H-index24撰写英文书(章节)3章。并受邀在世界著名综述杂志Chemical Reviews上撰写关于硅纳米材料及器件研究的综述一篇。获得美国专利2项,并获得美国国家宇航局专利奖。申请中国专利16项,已授权1。在国际会议上做学术报告40余次,其中大会报告、邀请报告20次。担任多个国际期刊和会议的审稿人和评委(例如:J. Am. Chem. Soc.Adv. Mater. J. Phys. Chem. CChem. Mater.SmallNanoscaleIEEE Trans. Electron Dev.IEEE Electron Dev. Lett.IEEE Trans. Nano.Appl. Phys. Lett.Nanotechnology等),以及美国能源部特邀项目评审。是中国物理学会同步辐射专业委员会常委,国际材料学会、国际电子电工学会、国际X射线吸收学会会员,和国际电子电工学会SFBA纳米技术委员会 (IEEE SFBA Nanotechnology Council) 顾问,以及上海光源首批光束线站(XAFSSTXM线站)用户专家工作组专家成员,上海光源第一届用户委员会委员,上海光源二期线站E-line专家组成员  目前担任一项国家重大研究计划项目(973 计划)的课题负责人,主持国家自然科学基金大科学装置联合基金重点项目、重大研究计划培育项目、面上项目,教育部博导基金项目,留学人员归国科研项目等。参与国家科技重大专项(02专项)、国家863计划重大项目各一项。2010 年入选“苏州市紧缺人才计划”。2011 年入选江苏省“333”人才工程计划。2012 年入选苏州工业园区科技领军人才。
