研究领域:

    半导体光电材料与器件,其中包括:(1)纳米结构光电材料的可控生长及其表征:研究具有新型光电特性的准一维纳米结构材料的尺寸、形状、取向的可控制生长;利用掺杂、表面修饰等手段对材料的物理化学性能进行调控;以及基于透射电镜、原位扫描探针、同步辐射光源技术等的材料表征;(2)光电器件制备和界面调控:利用新结构、新材料构建高性能的光电器件,并通过界面改性进行性能调控。
