摘要:

Fluoropolymers are a new class of non-viral gene carriers with special physicochemical properties. They can interact with nucleic acids and form stable complexes at an extremely low nitrogen to phosphorous ratio or polymer dose. Fluorous ligands such as fluoroalkyls and fluoroaromatics are beneficial for improved serum stability, cellular uptake, endosomal escape, and intracellular cargo release, endowing the fluoropolymers with a specific fluorous effect in gene delivery. More importantly, the polymers enable efficient cytosolic protein delivery without the need of chemical modification. This talk will discuss recent advances and future perspectives of fluorinated polymers in cytosolic gene and protein delivery.


个人简介: 

程义云,2004年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学高分子系,2008年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院,随后在圣路易斯华盛顿大学从事博士后研究,2010年起在华东师范大学生命科学学院工作,主要研究领域为生物大分子胞内递送相关的高分子材料。在Nat. Mater., Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等刊物发表第一、通讯作者论文100多篇,获中国化学会青年化学奖、国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金。
