摘要Abstract:

The advances of optical imaging with penetration depth and signal to background ratio (SBR) have been providing new opportunities for biomedical imaging and clinical translation, which must rely on the development of unprecedented probes. Organic semiconducting nanoparticles (OSNs) transformed from completely organic, biologically inert and optically and electrically active polymers/molecules have emerged as a new class of optical nanomaterials. In this talk, I will first present the necessity and methodology for developing deep-tissue molecular imaging and recent advances of OSNs in molecular imaging. Then, I will focus on utilizing intraparticle engineering OSNs for amplified photoacoustic imaging with higher sensitivity and deeper imaging depth. At last, I will demonstrate the development of bright, biodegradable, self-luminescence OSNs for molecular afterglow imaging.

个人简介Biography: 

苗庆庆,理学博士,2010年获得安徽大学化学专业学士学位,2015年获得中国科学技术大学分析化学专业博士学位。2015年至今在新加坡南洋理工大学化学与生物工程学院博士后研究。主要从事发展荧光,分子余辉发光,光声,放射性成像探针等用于分子影像研究。研究领域涉及纳米医学,分子影像,转化医学等交叉领域。迄今为止以第一作者身份在Nature Biotechnology, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Materials等国际核心学术期刊上发表研究论文20多篇。先后获得中国专利3项、新加坡专利2项。
