代表性研究成果:

2010年以来,冯良珠博士的研究兴趣集中在功能化纳米药物载体的构建、肿瘤微环境调节与新型肿瘤治疗等方面。迄今在Chem, J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Nano, Nano Lett., Adv. Funct. Mater., Coord. Chem. Rev., Biomaterials等高水平学术期刊上发表论文90余篇,文章的总他引11000余次,SCI H-index51 2019年入选美国美国科睿唯安(原汤森路透集团)公布的全球高被引科学家名单Highly Cited Researchers);获国自然面上项目、青年基金项目、江苏省青年基金项目等的资助。目前,担任Nature Communication, ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release等多个生物材料类学术期刊的特邀审稿人。

   

主要研究方向:

1. 碳酸钙、脂质体等仿生纳米复合物的可控制备与肿瘤微酸环境调控;

2. 含氟生物材料在肿瘤乏氧微环境调节与治疗增效中的应用探索;

3. 生物活性成分(酶、纳米酶等)在肿瘤微环境调控与治疗增效中的应用探索
