研究经历和成果:

在新型光伏电池领域有近 10 年的系统科研经历, 2016 年博士毕业后直接留校任教,被聘为苏州大学副研究员,进入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院工作。201710月被聘为苏州大学团委副书记(兼职)2018年入选苏州大学首批优秀青年学者。主要从事基于共轭聚合物/钙钛矿纳米晶的新型太阳能电池研究,包括新型材料设计,界面/形貌调控,能量损耗机理和稳定性研究。发表相关 SCI 论文近80篇,以第一/通讯作者发表论文近50篇,其中包括在 Joule (1), Adv. Mater. (1), Adv. Energy Mater. (3), Adv. Funct. Mater. (4), ACS Energy Lett. (2), ACS Nano (1), Nano Energy (2), Chem. Mater. (2) J. Mater. Chem A (12)等影响因子大于10的期刊近30篇,论文总引用次数接近 2100 余次, H-index 26,已授权中国发明专利 5 项,主持和参与多项省级和国家级科研基金项目。目前担任 J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater. 等期刊审稿人。曾荣获江苏省百篇优秀博士论文、 中国青少年科技创新奖、 挑战杯全国决赛一等奖、 挑战杯全国决赛优秀指导老师等荣誉称号。
