Function and applications | IVIS® Lumina III is the third-generation 2D in vivo optical imaging platform for small animals newly launched by PerkinElmer. Inheriting the gold-standard high-sensitivity bioluminescence 2D imaging performance shared by previous generations of the IVIS series, the system further optimizes fluorescence 2D imaging capabilities. It expands the standard configuration of optical filters to 26 pieces and incorporates the pure component spectral analysis technology (CPS), the gold standard for fluorescence multispectral imaging. This makes the Lumina III a high-performance in vivo imaging platform featuring gold-standard performance for both bioluminescence and fluorescence 2D imaging. |
