As of March 2026, FUNSOM has cultivated a total of 1,437 master's graduates and 358 doctoral graduates. The institute currently has 850 graduate students enrolled, comprising 641 master's students and 209 doctoral students. Furthermore, a total of 10 international students have graduated from the institute, and there are presently 17 international graduate students enrolled.

Since 2011, FUNSOM has cultivated 23 National-level Young Talents and 44 Highly Cited Researchers among its graduates, with over 130 of its alumni now holding the position of Professor or Associate Professor at various universities. Supported by major national research projects, graduate students at FUNSOM have published more than 3,900 first-author papers in top journals such as Science and Nature, and have been granted over 500 patents.

In terms of international cooperation, FUNSOM has established partnerships with 64 universities and institutions in 28 countries. Some highlights of our international student community are presented below:
