学术经历:

20137月毕业于中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室并获得博士学位。201310月至20164月在德国埃尔朗根-纽伦堡大学(University of Erlangen-Nuremberg)担任洪堡学者。20165月至201812月在美国劳伦斯-伯克利国家实验室(Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory)先进光源(Advanced Light Sources)从事博士后研究。2019年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授、博士生导师。

研究领域:高性能二次电池、纳米能源与催化材料、同步辐射及应用


主要成果和贡献:

近年来主要从事先进原位同步辐射技术与先进能源材料的交叉科学研究,具体包括:(1)高性能二次电池(锂离子电池、钠离子电池、锂硫电池、钠硫电池等)材料的发展与应用;(2)原位同步辐射谱学技术(XAS/XES/XPS/RIXS)的发展与应用;(3)新型原位同步辐射谱学和成像技术的研发及其在新能源材料的应用拓展。迄今为止共在Science, Nature Catalysis, Nano Lett., J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Nano, Adv. Energy Mater., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊发表论文70余篇,论文总引用超过3000余次 (google scholar),其中第一/通讯作者论文30余篇。多篇论文被包括《U.S. Department of Energy》、《Science Newsline》、《Today at Berkeley Lab》以及《中国科学报》等多家媒体报道。受邀担任30余个知名国际学术期刊的审稿人。

近年来,主要获得的荣誉包括:苏州工业园区“金鸡湖高层次人才”(2020年);江苏省“双创团队”(2020年);江苏省“高层次创新创业人才引进计划”(2019年);江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才(2019年);苏州市“姑苏创新创业领军人才”(2019年);英国物理学会 JPhysD Emerging Leaders Award 2019年);德国洪堡奖学金(2014年);中国科学院院长奖(2013年)等。
