王穗东  教授  博士生导师

 

2000年浙江大学物理学学士;2004年香港城市大学物理与材料科学博士。

20042006年日本名古屋大学博士后;20072008年,先后在日本国立理化研究所(RIKEN)和日本国立产业技术総合研究所(AIST)任研究员。2008年底回国加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院(FUNSOM)和纳米科学技术学院(CNST),主要从事有机/杂化新型半导体器件研究。

已在IEEE Elect. Dev. Lett.Appl. Phys. Lett.Adv. Funct. Mater.Energy Environ. Sci.等期刊上发表了SCI论文130多篇,被引用4900多次。已主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、国家重点研发计划政府间重点专项项目1项、江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀教学团队等。获2018年国家级教学成果奖二等奖、2017年江苏省教学成果奖特等奖、2016年苏州市教育教学成果奖一等奖;并获苏州工业园区优秀教育工作者、苏州大学“高尚师德”奖教金等奖项。

 

研究领域:

面向人工智能硬件基础领域的新型半导体器件研究,包括有机/杂化神经形态器件、忆阻器、忆容器、记忆晶体管、光电探测器等。

 

招生:

课题组现有教授1位,副教授2位(高旭、徐建龙),博士研究生2名、硕士研究生15名以及本科生12名。已有多位研究生赴美国、英国、加拿大和日本开展学术交流或继续深造。课题组从事多学科交叉(以物理、电子为主,涉及材料、化学、生物)的应用基础研究,招收物理学、电子类、材料类等相关专业的硕士生、博士生及博士后,欢迎感兴趣的同学来咨询和交流。
