研究方向:

红外量子点光电转换材料与器件;包括半导体量子点材料的精准合成、有序组装和高性能光电器件的制备(太阳能电池、光电探测器、发光二极管等)。以第一作者/通讯作者在Nat. EnergyNat. SynthesisNat. Commun.J Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等学术期刊发表论文50余篇;授权发明专利10项,担任Journal of Semiconductors期刊青年编委。
