个人简介:
2013年7月毕业于中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室并获得博士学位。2013年10月至2016年4月在德国埃尔朗根-纽伦堡大学担任洪堡学者。2016年5月至2018年12月在美国劳伦斯-伯克利国家实验室先进光源从事博士后研究。2019年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授、博士生导师。
先后入选/获得中组部海外高层次青年人才、江苏省杰出青年基金、江苏省优秀博士学位论文指导老师、江苏省双创人才、江苏省333高层次人才培养工程、江苏省六大人才高峰高层次人才、苏州市姑苏创新创业领军人才等奖励。累计发表SCI论文200余篇(H因子65),其中2019年独立工作以来以通讯作者在Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nat. Sci. Rev., CCS Chem., eScience等期刊发表论文90余篇,论文总引用超过15000余次 (google scholar)。受邀担任Nature, Nature Commun.等40余个学术期刊的审稿人。
主持科技部重点研发计划重点专项课题、基金委国际合作研究/面上(2项)/青年项目等纵向项目15项,中国五矿集团公司等横向项目3项。指导多名学生获得国家奖学金、国家资助博士后研究人员计划、江苏省卓越博士后、江苏省优秀博士学位论文等奖励。
研究方向:
近年来主要从事高比能二次电池与原位同步辐射表征技术的交叉科学研究,具体包括:(1)高比能二次电池(锂离子电池、钠离子电池、锂硫电池、锌离子电池等);(2)原位同步辐射表征技术;(3)原位同步辐射表征新技术的研发及其在新能源材料的应用拓展。
