报告题目:Roll-to-Roll Printed Organic and Perovskite Solar Cells(基于卷对卷印刷技术制备有机及钙钛矿太阳能电池)

报告摘要:

Organic solar cells continuously attract attention due to their potential as low cost and lightweight sources of renewable energy. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of state-of-the-art organic solar cells, based on bulk heterojuction and tandem structures, can reach over 10.0 %, as result of progress in new materials, device engineering, device physics, etc. Especially, there has been an unexpected breakthrough and rapid evolution of highly efficient solar cells based on organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials, of which the PCE is over 20 %. However large-area solar cells processed by R2R printing or coating techniques still have many issues, and the PCEs of large-area modules are much lower than those of smaller, spin-coated devices. In this presentation, we will describe our preliminary research on the fabrication of organic and perovskite solar cells by R2R printing techniques as well as the solution-processed interface materials for these printed solar cells.

 

简介:

阳军亮,教授,博士生导师,中南大学先进材料超微结构与超快过程研究所副所长,器件研究室主任。湘潭大学学士(2003),中国科学院长春应用化学研究所博士(2008) 2012年作为高层次人才引进到中南大学工作,2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,2014年获得湖南省杰出青年基金资助。先后在英国华威大学,澳大利亚墨尔本大学、澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织(CSIRO)从事研究工作。在Chemical Reviews, Chemical Society Reviews, Advanced Materials, Macromolecules, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Applied Physics Letters 等国际SCI期刊发表论文50余篇,引用700余次,;受邀在国际期刊发表综述文章3篇;;申请国家专利10项(授权4项);与公司合作研制了适用于印刷电子学领域的卷对卷多功能印刷设备,并已在国内多所高校和研究所应用;受邀担任AEM, AFM, APL, Macromolecules, JPC B/C, Polymer Chemistry, Organics Electronics, Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells, Solar Cells20余种国际期刊审稿人。主要研究领域为光电薄膜材料与器件及印刷电子学。
