
Qiang Lv is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Functional Nano & Soft Materials (FUNSOM), Soochow University. He received his Ph.D. degree from Soochow University in June 2023. From June 2023 to May 2026, he conducted postdoctoral research in Prof. Liang-Sheng Liao’s group at Soochow University. In June 2026, he joined FUNSOM, Soochow University.

Research Interests:
Our research focuses on luminescent organic molecular single-crystal materials and photonic devices, with particular emphasis on two-dimensional molecular crystal emitters and optical waveguides.
Over the past five years, we have conducted fundamental research aimed at achieving the ordered integration and efficient assembly of two-dimensional organic crystals. Our work centers on the precise preparation of two-dimensional organic crystals, the controllable epitaxial growth of multicomponent crystals, and the regulation of photonic functions in two-dimensional crystalline materials.
We warmly welcome students with backgrounds in materials science, chemistry, optoelectronics, or related fields who are interested in functional organic materials and low-dimensional crystals.

Over the past five years, he has published more than 10 papers as first author and/or corresponding author, including co-first and co-corresponding authorships.
