Research Directions

1. Organic semiconductor single crystals and optoelectronic devices: Controlled preparation of organic semiconductor single crystal materials and their applications in high performance field effect transistors (OFETs), light emitting diodes (OLEDs), and integrated flexible organic devices.

2. Organic/inorganic hybrid semiconductors and optoelectronic devices: Controlled preparation of organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite single crystal materials and quantum dots, and their applications in photoelectric detection, image sensing, and novel light-emitting display devices (LEDs).

 

Research Works and Achievements

Mainly engaged in the research of organic and organic/inorganic hybrid semiconductor materials and optoelectronic devices. Published more than 160 SCI papers in international authoritative journals up to now, including Nat. Electron., Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int.Ed., Adv. Mater and other international important journals. The papers have been cited more than 7000 times. Applied for 34 patents and authorized 21. Presided over many projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation Excellent Youth Project, major research plan cultivation project, surface project, international cooperation project, and participated in 2 national key research and development plan projects. She has been invited to report on work at international and domestic academic conferences for many times, and the research work has been highly recognized by international peers.

This research group recruits master's and doctoral students with major backgrounds in physics, materials, electronics and chemistry. At the same time, undergraduate students are warmly welcome to visit and study in the laboratory, and also welcome to carry out graduation design and innovative experiments in the laboratory.

2.Employment

1Post-doctoral degree in physics, materials, microelectronics or chemistry, able to conduct research independently, with good English writing and communication skills; Easy to communicate, able to assist and guide graduate students. The research group will offer competitive treatment with the school.

2Research assistant: Obtained a doctoral degree, engaged in organic semiconductor materials and devices and other related research, with strong scientific research ability.
